[CK] LV(Lateral) vs RV(Septal, Inf) strain pattern

STRAIN PATTERN: ST DEPRESSION, TWI on resting ECG
 = Ventricular Hypertrophy(almost, bue need ECHO)
 - abnormal repolarization ~ adverse prognosis in a variety heart disease
 - may have underlying CHD.


ST depression, TWI = strain pattern d/t LVH(HTN, AS), RVH(Pul HTN, like PE, etc)

LV strain pattern: ST/T changes with positive R wave LATERAL leads=LV.(I, avL, v5, v6).
RV strain pattern: ST/T-wave changes in the SEPTAL INFERIOR.  = RV lead (V1-4, III).
