Mostly long RP = A- tach or S- tachy

Short RP = most of SVT (if it's much shorter <70 = AVNRT vs relatively longer >70 but short.= AVRT)





no P = AVNRT(junctional)
P(sawtooth or >200) = A flutter

Long  vs Short(less than half or more than half)

Long RP = Atach, Sinus tach.  <= abnormal but not retro P. cf) if it's retro P <= atypical SVT(AVNRT
Short RP = AVNRT(<70), AVRT(>70), retro P <= reentry SVT(for sure!)
