[CK] Colchicine - Renal impairment(higher concentration)

To date, no investigation has revealed the site of kidney lesion or dysfunction.

But not nephrotoxic. 
GFR<10 then consider half dose. No contraindication in AKI. 
But concerning with high level and side effect.
Avoid in hepatotoxicity.
