[CK] Cocaine induced chest pain or MI(ACS) in setting of cocaine abuse

Rule of thumb

1. MI : GO GIVE B-blocker !!(METOPROLOL!)  Save the heart first


2. Others: Can go with NTG/CCB + labetalol / carvedilol.
                 Avoid esmolol, propranolol, metoprolol alone(long term or low risk CP)
