[CK] DAPT and AC in 90yo AFIB. Still! Cr is ok? then 5 bid eliquis.

# h/o aflutter s/p ablation:
- NSR: on labetalol, changed to Coreg.
- Home AC: eliquis 2.5mg po qday which was held @ OSH. Would need to increase to 5mg bid unless Cr. worsens
  (CHADSVASC2: 4)
- Will adjust antithrombotics on discharge under consideration of multiple falls. PT eval
- Currently on DAPT only(ASA+Plavix).
