Symptoms and signs of cystitis include dysuria, urinary frequency and urgency, suprapubic pain, and hematuria.

HEMATURIA BUT NO OTHER SYMPTOM 
but WBC or Urine NITRITE then, do CULTURE to d/o UTI. 

=> URINE CULTURE TO R/O UTI needed. NO ABX. Directly.
